Our Staff - Generations of Escrow Lineage

Katie McGuire  General Manager, second generation full service.   Respected in our community and recipient of industry awards Kate has an inner glow from doing things right and is an avid animal lover, rescue activists and certified dog obedience trainer.

Sullivan Garrett   Full charge officer with a fierce loyal following of agents and clients.  A second generation officer Sullivan is always smiling and gets his job done.  He loves being married, fatherhood and nice cars.  

 

Heidi Smith   Full charge officer and community relations representative, hails from a large real estate family.  She is the holder of a business degree and is knowledgeable in commercial and residential transactions.  She's always in action with a smile.

 

Phoebe Browne  Junior Escrow Officer - first class.  Patient, kind hearted and accurate and can't sleep if something isn't done right.   Phoebe loves her Son, her Corgi, Butch and life on the Westside.

 

Robin Allred   Escrow industry veteran for 15 years in both Arizona and California.  She is the first face you see when entering the office and is generally smiling no matter how busy she is.  She loves camping and spending time with family and friends.
